Meet our owner, Gabriel

Founder & CEO

Gabriel Rodriguez is a devoted husband and father of four, with three daughters and one son. Currently, he's supporting his daughters through their education, with one attending USC and another at Notre Dame. Gabriel finds joy in the great outdoors, often seen hiking through scenic trails or embarking on long-distance runs. As a devout Catholic, Gabriel serves as a ministry leader at Saint Anne's Catholic Church, demonstrating his commitment to his faith and community. After honing his skills for 15 years as a foreman for Frank Torres Construction, Gabriel founded City Pool and Spa Services in 2012, realizing his dream of entrepreneurship.

Steven graduated from UC Merced with a bachelor degree in Small Business Management and Economics and transitioned from the financial sector to join us in 2021. In his role, Steven brings a strong background in customer relations, accounting, and finance. As the son of our CEO, he adds a personal touch to our team, embodying a commitment to excellence in every aspect of our operations. Off duty, Steven is a
soccer and boxing enthusiast, reflecting the same dedication he brings to the workplace. His journey from finance to leadership at City Pool and Spa Services demonstrates his adaptability and readiness for new challenges.

Omar is an avid fan of the 49ers and Chivas de Guadalajara, showing his loyalty to his favorite teams. Weekends are often spent on the soccer field, where Omar showcases his talent and passion for the game during pick-up matches. With an extensive set of skills for electrical, plumbing, and construction work, Omar serves as a valuable member of the team, bringing expertise and efficiency to repairs and installations since 2021.

Eduardo's passion for USC sports is unmatched, making him the go-to person for updates and discussions on the latest games. When he's not cheering on his favorite team, Eduardo enjoys the thrill of mountain biking in California’s scenic hills. Since the inception of City Pool and Spa Services in 2012, Eduardo has been an integral part of the team, contributing his skills and dedication to the company's success.

Since joining City Pool and Spa Services in 2012, Lino has amassed extensive knowledge in water chemistry and equipment maintenance, becoming an indispensable asset to the company. With a commitment to excellence, Lino consistently delivers top-notch service, ensuring customer satisfaction
with every interaction.

Since joining the team in 2018, Susano has demonstrated his mechanical prowess and dedication to providing exceptional service, earning him the reputation of a reliable and capable professional.

Miguel is a loving husband and father, cherishing moments with his toddler and
spreading joy with his positive attitude. Known as the team comedian, Miguel brings laughter and positivity to the workplace, fostering a vibrant and supportive atmosphere. Despite being the newest addition to the team, Miguel's eagerness to learn and adapt has made him a valuable asset to City Pool and Spa Services since 2022.
